About
Hello, I’m Ashley. As a licensed holistic counselor, I believe the counseling relationship has the ability to help us reveal new parts of ourselves and remind us of the goodness that is *always* there. It is not uncommon to forget who we are in the seasons where life seems to unravel. My deep passion is offering healing to those painful moments and bringing one back to center.
With authenticity, compassion and humor, I aim to cultivate a space for inquiry and growth.
I strive to be a collaborative guide, not an expert, that deeply respects inner wisdom while together building skills to manage life’s challenges, relationships and loss. My ideal client is someone who is ready to take the risk to look at vulnerabilities and strengths. This bravery has the potential to uncover more nourishing relationships and self-love. Exploring oneself in this way is not always easy but can be life shifting and often life saving.
Through mindbody and holistic practices, I guide in self-exploration and integration into daily life. Together, we will slow down to understand knee-jerk reactions, long term patterns and bodily responses. I am experienced in various modalities including somatic, body-centered psychotherapies, ACT, Trauma Focused CBT and DBT. I have a special interest in supporting the journey through life transitions & relationships, with a growing passion in family formation, fertility concerns, pregnancy, adoption, fostering, birth and parenthood. I strive to be an ally for the LGBTQIA community, actively anti-racist and create an inclusive environment that is supportive of all.
I have had the honor to work alongside folks during moments of overflowing delight and earth shattering agony. Together, we will develop new ways to manage the tough stuff, create compassion for self and make space for deeper connection and joy.
I look forward to connecting,
Ashley
