I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado with over 9 years of experience working in the field. I’ve worked with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, foster care, a range of socioeconomic levels, families, groups, and those with varying disabilities. I have experience working with those suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, childhood trauma, abuse, crisis, life adjustment, blended families, self-esteem related concerns and relationship issues.

My counseling style is warm and nonjudgmental. I am trained in Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Crisis De-escalation, and Eco-Systemic Family Therapy. I have experience working in a variety of settings, including day treatment, outpatient, intensive outpatient, healthcare settings, in clients’ homes and in the community.

I believe in a blend of mind, body and spirit for overall wellbeing. We all face challenges in different ways and on our separate journeys; sometimes we just need someone to validate and believe in us so we are able to clarify our goals and develop the skills we need to make lasting, positive changes.
