You want to get out of your head and into your life. You want to learn to live in the present moment without feeling stuck in your past or overwhelmed by your future. You want to live without the fear of anxiety and panic taking over your life. I can help you. My mission as a therapist is to help my clients gain the confidence and skills they need to regain a sense of control over their lives. I utilize an integrative treatment approach and primarily integrate Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with experience treating a wide range of mental health concerns. My clinical focus has been treating anxiety disorders. Though it may feel scary or uncomfortable at times, I believe you can turn panic into power. Clients who work with me appreciate my straightforward and authentic approach that enables them to learn a lot, laugh a lot, grow a lot, and maybe even have some fun along the way.
