Searching for the help you need can be a challenging journey to embark on, so I applaud you for having the courage to put yourself out there. I understand life can be hard, and sometimes all people need is someone who will listen, someone who can be trusted, and someone who will provide personalized help. As a therapist, I strive to teach my patients not only to survive through the obstacles that life throws at them but also to thrive and achieve their goals and aspirations. I received my education in Clinical Counseling and Applied Psychology at Trevecca Nazarene University in 2012. I have now been a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor for over 9 years. I work with a diverse range of clients including adults, couples, and families of all backgrounds. In my approach, I utilize an eclectic model of therapy but tend to gravitate towards a cognitive-behavioral framework. I specialize in anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, depression, adjustment disorders, and phase of life issues. I strongly believe everyone has the strength to succeed in life.
