I am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have experience working with adolescents to middle-aged adults and specialize in helping individuals who are hurting from past and current relationships, depression, anxiety, fear, low self-esteem, phase of life changes, and substance use issues.

I offer a client-centered approach, delivering individualized therapeutic treatment to meet the needs of each client. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is my identified theoretical approach; however, services are tailored to complement each individual. With the belief that there is a need for self-acceptance, she strives to provide a safe place in therapy for clients to explore their authentic selves.
