I have worked in the field of trauma for the past three years, focusing on healing from sexual, emotion, and physical abuse. I have experience with clients seeking to feel less anxious, less depressed, and more motivated in their lives. I am passionate about helping clients of various backgrounds achieve self-compassion and balance in each day.
