My goal is to make therapy accessible and culturally intentional for all. I create a safe place to explore a variety of presenting needs. I utilize a person-centered approach because every client is unique! I  focus on empowerment, autonomy, broaching cultural topics, and developing skills to achieve goals in any area of life! I specialize in addressing grief/loss, trauma/abuse, promoting self-care, and providing access to culturally intentional care to bridge the gap in mental health care particularly for women and the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) community.
