Hello, I am Ashley! I'm an independently licensed social worker (LISW) in the state of Ohio. I have over 5 years of experience as a mental health therapist. I believe that through empowerment and support we are all able to make the changes needed to live more fully and honestly. I utilize mindfulness-based strategies to help promote well-being and wholeness. You are the expert of your story and have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming life's challenges.
