As a result, you are likely feeling anxious, depressed, confused, or disconnected, and don’t know whom to turn to. With me you will learn different coping strategies to help build on the gifts you already possess. As your personal cheerleader, I want to help guide you to the place where you are feeling joy in your life. This place is different for everyone and I want to know and understand what outcomes you desire. My approach focuses on helping people understand the root of the issues and patterns in their lives. In this process, you will learn how to move past your old belief systems while sustaining a healthier lifestyle.
