Helping others is my passion in life and I feel so fortunate to have a career that I love. I place a top priority on creating a non-judgmental and safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings through an eclectic mix of therapy interventions. We will work together to find the root causes of whatever may be keeping you stuck. Each individual is unique and understanding your experience is very important to me. I’m excited to work with you! What is your approach to therapy? It's most important that when people are with me they feel comfortable. From that point we will work to identify what you are hoping to accomplish in therapy and create goals for how that can happen! At all stages of the process I encourage feedback to make sure that each client is getting what they need out of their therapy experience. If you are meeting with me in person you will come to my office at Insight Counseling in Horsham, PA. If we are meeting virtually we will be meeting over Zoom! What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Clients can expect to learn actionable strategies to address what they might be struggling with; both thought based and behavioral interventions. It is important that clients are able to translate what is discussed in session to their real life!
