Welcome! My name is Ashley, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the state of Illinois. I graduated from Boise State University with a Master in Social Work. I have had the privilege of being a therapist on a college campus, in a dialysis unit, and at a small health clinic in a rural town. This has given me the opportunity to work with a wide-range of people with different ages, background, and experiences. My passion is working with individuals with eating disorders, body image issues, low self-esteem, and infertility. I have experience working with trauma, grief and loss, relationship problems, chronic health issues, adjustments and life transitions, depression, and anxiety.

Finding the right therapist can be difficult. I want to help make this search as easy for you as possible! I enjoy making connections with my clients and understanding their strengths to bring into sessions. I find that utilizing compassion, humor, and support in therapy can aide in the therapy process to help you reach your goals. I primarily use mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy but tailor my approach based on my individual client's needs. I strive to provide a welcoming, judgement-free space to help you feel empowered and respected in the process.
