Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. Are you trying to recover from trauma? Having relationship issues? Struggle with Depression and Anxiety? I am here for you. I have held many different hats through my social work experience allowing my true passions to emerge. I have experience working with individuals with a history of trauma, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, relationship issues, parenting skills, career burnout, and grief. Healing their trauma can heal other parts of their lives as well. My approach to therapy is tailored to the individual. I maintain a realistic approach to therapy and keep it client centered.
