Hello there!
My name is Ashley Allsbrook and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia. I definitely believe in solving behaviors first, then working on thoughts and feelings. I bring my DBT and CBT training, together with a trauma focused lens, to all my clients.
My expertise comes in two directions. First, I love working with those in alternative lifestyles, from polyamory to BDSM, to all the hues in the LBGTQ+ flag. Come see me for individual, couples, or group therapy and I will focus on making addressing your concerns within your lifestyle.
The second direction is teens and families. I have four years of experience helping families find harmony. Usually that mean some changes on all sides, so if you are ready to find better communication and a less chaotic household, let's talk!
