Let’s start a journey toward your best life, whatever that looks like to you. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over 3 years of experience. I have worked with clients from ages 5 to 95 with a wide range of concerns including grief and loss, anger management, anxiety, phase of life struggles, OCD, and ADHD.

My therapy style is warm and individualized to your needs. I meet you where you are, and I recognize how intimidating it can be to seek therapy and how confusing it can be to know where to start. I operate from a strengths-based perspective and like to build on your current efforts to make a plan that works for YOU. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, narrative and mindfulness-based therapy.
