I am down to earth, personable, with real life experiences to help you get through life's most challenging moments. I am a therapist who can relate to clients of various backgrounds and different walks of life. If you need a space that is free of judgment, warm, empowering, look no further! What is your approach to therapy? I mostly utilize a person-centered approach with clients during session to help them feel independent and in control of their decisions. During sessions, I am able to introduce various treatment models, depending on the clients specific needs. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Clients can expect to feel supported, guided, valued and most of all free to release trauma and emotions that have caused, depression, isolation and anxiety.
