I am licensed in both Arkansas and Texas with 8 years of professional work experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I've worked with chronic mental illness as well as people going through life adjustments.
