I believe that you are worthy of a flourishing life and often that means going to those areas of pain, disappointment and fear for deeper understanding and healing. Along the therapeutic journey I seek to provide warmth and safety, education and useful tools, and time and space to allow insight, freedom, and healing. I specialize in trauma work and adjustment issues, having worked with teens, adults, and groups over the years.
