About

Hello and thank you for visiting. My name is Ashley and I am a licensed professional counselor in Wisconsin with five (5) years of professional work experience. I earned a bachelors of science degree in Sociology and Women’s Studies and a masters of science degree in mental health counseling specializing in children and adolescents. I provide therapy to individuals and couples who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, grief/loss, trauma, abuse, behavioral concerns related to parenting and phase of life adjustments.

My therapeutic approach is rooted primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I may additionally utilize Person Centered approaches, Dialectical Behavior approaches, Solution Focused approaches and others approaches appropriate to address the needs of my client. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, therefore, I will tailor our communication and treatment goals to meet your unique and specific needs.

I try to ensure the counseling process is as comfortable for my clients as possible because I do acknowledge that it can be a scary process to begin. I am very client focused and help clients achieve their therapy goals and learn ways to more effectively manage their lives in healthy and productive ways. Therapy can be the first step toward taking charge of your life and changing what you no longer want for yourself. We will work through any fears you have about the process together so that there is nothing holding you back from the life you want to be living for yourself and your family.

Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage and I am here to support you through that process.
