Hi I’m Ashley. I help high performers manage their anxiety and depression avoid burnout. We can identify the things that are not working and work to create a better work – life balance. We will use evidence based approaches to address needs as they present themselves. I also integrate mindfulness techniques to help center yourself. Whether you’re dealing with relationship issues, cycles of anxiety and depression, or just feeling generally overwhelmed with life, I’m here to help.
