My name is Ashley and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I know that life sometimes get’s difficult and can impact our daily lives in negative and sometimes unexpected ways. My goal as your therapist is to provide caring support to help you overcome challenges that are keeping you from meeting your personal life goals and your full potential. I believe that each person offers their own personal talents and contributes in their own way. I seek to help individuals identify and draw upon their own personal strengths through therapy. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for my client’s while meeting them where they are in their lives and utilizing therapeutic skills and techniques such as authenticity, compassion, mindfulness, and changing destructive thoughts, when possible, by incorporating humor to assist clients in working through life’s obstacles and achieving what happiness and success looks like to each individual client.
