I understand that sharing your thoughts, feelings, and vulnerabilities can be difficult, but I am here to provide professional help in a safe and nonjudgmental fashion.

I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. I have over a decade of experience working with many different client populations to include individuals struggling with severe mental illness such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, to helping those with mild or moderate symptoms of anxiety or depression.

My approach is person centered as I help the client to identify their personal strengths. I work a lot with CBT techniques which help clients to reframe negative thought processes and have a more positive perspective on life's challenges. Empowering clients to live in their full state of wellness--mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health--is always my goal. The client will define their wellness goals and work towards those goals at a pace comfortable for their lifestyle.

I find value in listening intently to my clients as I believe they already have the answers needed inside of them; I am simply here to facilitate the healing process. I look forward to providing the counsel, support and encouragement to see you through to fulfilling your wellness goals.
