I have worked in community mental health for over 10 years and have experience with a myriad of stressors including (not limited to) life transitions, relational problems, trauma (complex trauma), depression/anxiety, and grief. I believe in the power of change and healing at any age. Our early life experiences can shape how we view the world and how we see (or don't see) ourselves being able to move forward.
