I am a clinical mental health counselor licensed in Pennsylvania with over 5 years of experience working with individuals, couples, groups and families. I have had the honor of aiding clients with a broad range of concerns, such as substance use, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and grief/loss. I also worked with many individuals who experienced family and relationship issues.

My style of counseling is warm and person-centered. I embrace an Existential-Humanistic approach, which is focused on meaning-making and fulfilled living. Additionally, I incorporate aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based techniques. I believe in highly individualized care, and will collaborate with you to create a treatment plan that aligns with your needs.
