I am a professional therapist licensed in Wisconsin with 9 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues , adjustment issues, ADHD, LGBTQ issues, as well as couples work. I work with many individuals who have experienced physical, emotional and mental abuse, and am trauma-focused.

My therapy style is focused on meeting my client in the present. I believe when we are going through an experience the same as someone else, it is completely different and each client needs an individualized approach. My therapeutic style combines psycho-education, trauma- focused, person centered with cognitive and mindfulness approaches.
