You have already taken the first step to becoming a better version of yourself.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in the helping profession for five years. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I work with people whom have experienced trauma as a child or as an adult, people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, and relational issues.

I am a warm, compassionate therapist, who genuinely has your best interest as a person and as a part of the healing process. I believe that the best way to heal is to dive deep into the issues that are the hardest to talk about. This can potentially be scary and overwhelming. However, you are in charge of this process. I am happy to meet you where you are at and guide you and give you the tools necessary to develop coping skills to heal and better express one's self.

I utilize Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.

I began my career working at a psychiatric residential treatment facility for adolescents ages 13 to 17 years old. I facilitated individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions. While working at the psychiatric hospital, I developed my niche and passion for working with teens and adults, whom have experienced trauma. I transitioned to a Child Advocacy Center, conducting forensic interviews and therapy.
