Hi, my name is Ashley and I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with over ten years experience in the field. I have worked for many years specializing in anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, parenting difficulties, self-esteem, and trauma related disorders. My role is to help guide you through your current life challenges. We will work to build a therapeutic relationship that will allow me to offer insight and tools to bring healing and balance back into your life.

I am especially skilled at helping clients feel comfortable, safe, and prepared to address their life goals. I believe that to make lasting change, we need to look at the 'whole picture'. By helping clients make connections between behavior and relationships with their feelings and symptoms, I help facilitate sustainable and genuine growth. My treatment approach is strength-based and often eclectic, as I believe in the importance of tailoring an intervention for the specific needs of my clients. My approach often combines CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and mindfulness based interventions.
