Hi there, I’m Ashley Are you feeling overwhelmed, unsupported, stressed, or disconnected? Are you struggling to find balance within your life? Are you looking for a supportive place to be your authentic self? I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Clinical Mental Health and a Reiki II Practitioner. Over the past 10 years, I have had the privilege to work with diverse populations, individuals of all ages, and families from all walks of life. I am passionate about helping adults shift their reality and take control of their lives by finding alternative thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we can identify dynamics, themes, patterns, and beliefs that are no longer serving you. I utilize a holistic approach and integrate meditative practices such as Reiki, mindfulness, and creative expression within sessions to help balance the mind, body, and spirit. I’m here to support you set intentions, make dynamic changes, reach your goals, reclaim your power, and expand your consciousness. I know that beginning therapy and healing work can be scary. I get that. I’ll be here to help support you throughout your journey and we can take things at your pace.
