I help bridge parents understanding of themselves and their children for a strong family unit. This is done by supporting parents in clearly understanding everyone’s role in the family, adjusting the framework in which its viewed, and using proven strategies to tackle your goals to help everyone engage more cohesively! I promise it’s possible to transform your home and deeply connect to be a strong family unit. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in parenting and family dynamics for children ages 0-12. I have worked primarily in elementary schools as well as an outpatient clinic providing affordable mental health services to youth and their caregivers. My training includes trauma-informed care, divorce, anxiety, family conflict and relationships, behavioral concerns, boundary setting, re-parenting yourself, attachment, and gentle parenting techniques. My passion is utilizing families' strengths to create a more positive family unit. I truly believe that the role parents and caregivers play in a child’s life can greatly shape their future outcomes. Every caregiver has their own unique way to respond to their children based on their own upbringing, experiences, as well as current stressors. You as the caregiver are the expert on your child and your family's needs. I will work alongside you to create the environment that you strive for within your wheelhouse of strengths.
