My name is Ashley Amsden, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelors in Psychology and later went on to graduate with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Denver. My approach comes from a holistic lens as our lives present many strengths as well as problems. I tend to offer eclectic treatment options depending on what each individual/couple needs including DBT, CBT, CPT, Mindfulness an/or solutions-focused. My background is in Trauma with a specialization in Military/Veterans. I also have become an ally for sexual assault. One thing the military/veteran population has afforded me is the chance to work with various people from several backgrounds and walks of life. I would love to help you with anything from trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, loss of purpose, confidence, sexual trauma, relationship issues, stress, anger management, to self-care.
