Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. It takes an incredible amount of bravery and courage to seek help. Please know, you don't have to do this alone. I am here to walk with you through this tough season of life.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington, with seven years of counseling experience. I received my Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University. I have provided mental health treatment in a variety of settings, including online, private practice, school, and community mental health. I have worked with my clients around various concerns, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life changes, grief and loss, relationship issues, career challenges, and women's issues. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is warm, interactive, and judgement free. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and placing labels on others is not helpful. I believe YOU are the expert on YOU. My job is to help you feel heard, validated, encouraged, and understood through this time of hardship. I work to create a safe space for you, where you can say whatever is on your heart. My approach combines narrative, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and humanistic counseling. I will collaborate with you to create a treatment plan that meets your specific needs.
