I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with 11 years professional work experience. I provide talk therapy and specialize in helping people who are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, lgbtq-related issues and problems with interpersonal relationships.

My style is best described as "eclectic," drawing from a variety of treatment modalities, and tailored to each client's specific needs. However, my primary goal with every client is to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I aim to develop a strong therapeutic relationship built on mutual-respect, understanding, authenticity, and trust.

Ultimately, I enjoy helping people realize how their past affects the present and the value of learning to recognize, understand, process and manage their emotions in ways that improve their functioning and quality of life.
