Hi there! My name is Ashlee, but you can call me Ash. I have been a licensed therapist in New York state for about 8-9 years, but have been in the field in other ways for much longer than that. I am a real, down-to-earth therapist and I use an open, collaborative approach to help people live the lives they want to live. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic space for you to work on your issues, while also making sure I keep you accountable by, respectfully, calling you out when you need it. I have the ability to tailor my communication style with that of each individual clients so that you are getting the best therapy I can provide for you. Sessions are collaborative and person-focused so that you are able to use your sessions for what you want to work on. Additionally, if you are someone who uses humor to work through things, is looking for someone who can think outside the box, or wants to work with a genuine and down-to-earth person, then you came to the right place.
