About

I have a unique set of skills as I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) and a Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist (BC-DMT). The body is at the center of our work together. Since 2014, I've worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in the inpatient medical setting, inpatient psychiatric setting, and outpatient setting. I work with clients on issues related to quality of life, mood and emotional regulation, trauma, body image, life transitions and relationship challenges.

I use a person-centered, strength-based approach when working with clients. I work within a compassionate, open, accepting, and loving environment where clients can connect to their grace, power, and inner light. Through self-renewing rituals, clients explore grounding, stillness, and presence.
I encourage the body and movement as a resource to tap into wisdom, hidden processes, and realizations within the "Self" - mind/body/spirit/soul. I help guide and navigate a client to become more deeply connected to support fuller expression, health, and vitality.
