Welcome

I am here to listen to your story and work through the hard times together. Life obstacles can hurt but together we can work towards helping you overcome these times.

My approach to therapy is to be warm and compassionate. I believe every person is unique. I am here to be supportive of your life journey and help you create a better narrative of your experiences. I have an eclectic approach and use interventions/tools from CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Bowenian therapy, Structural and Experiential. I have experience implementing these tools in family & individual therapy, specifically with presenting concerns of grief, substance use disorder, OCD, Personality Disorders, anxiety disorders and depression. I have worked with clients to meet them where they are and explore where they would like their personal goals to be. Working together we will find the way for you to be the person you want to be and be confident to realize your life potential. I know it can be scary to trust someone new to tell them your story. I strive to create a safe and trusting environment.
