For video visits, at the time of your appointment, you must be located in the same state as the provider you will be seeing. Please include your address at the time of booking. If you have any questions, please contact the practice using the phone number provided in your confirmation email within 24 hours of booking. Ashante Webb is a licensed mental health counselor. Ashante is passionate about helping her patients face obstacles so they can live their best lives. She cultivates honest, nurturing relationships with her patients as part of her effort to create a space of acceptance and positive regard. Her goal is to instill a sense of self-acceptance so her patients can show up as their most authentic selves. Ashante works with patients ages 18 through 65. She combines dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic techniques for a patient-centered approach. She tailors dialogue and treatment plans to meet each person’s unique needs. When needed, she may ask her patients to complete tasks between sessions to facilitate healing and growth. Ashante treats people struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, ADHD, insomnia, and survivors of sexual trauma and abuse.
