Great to meet you! Hi! I am Aryeh (AR-yay.) I am a therapist licensed in Texas. I help people understand and cope with a variety of mild, moderate or severe life circumstances and/or emotional, behavioral or cognitive concerns. . I specialize in trauma and relationships and have extensive training in EMDR therapy. I have also trained in DBT, narrative therapy and EFT. I treat anxiety, stress, grief, low self esteem, personality disorders and building effective boundaries with family/relationships. People have the drive to be emotionally healthy with themselves and their loved ones. Therapy can often help achieve these goals. My counseling style is warm and interactive, I believe it is important to treat anyone with respect and dignity, to empower them and instill confidence compassionately. It is important for me to include the client in the treatment planning process and help monitor success.
