I have been in the healthcare field for over 20 years 8 of those years I have spent providing clients with the tools necessary to improve their lives. I believe in empowering clients to make their own choices to effect positive change in all aspects of their lives. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns but not limited to: depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, self-esteem/self-worth, and trauma. I do not believe there is a one size fits all approach when working with clients so I like to try various approaches to see what is best suited for that individual. A few approaches that I do use, but not limited to are cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, solution-focused, and motivational interviewing.
