Hi, my name is Arlene. It is natural to have feelings of anxiety, anger, and depression. These are natural responses to distressful situations. Our bodies and minds naturally respond to the experiences we have. I believe it is important for you to understand the connection your mind and body have and how your body experiences past and present situations. In our sessions, we will focus on your abilities and strength and assist in you developing constructive thinking patterns and coping skills in order to change your pattern of thinking, feeling, and acting to something that works better for you. I often integrate art, music, yoga, and mindfulness into my sessions. I look forward to joining you on your journey of self-acceptance and healing.
