My name is Arlene Donnelly. I graduated with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in Minnesota. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, client-centered, and motivational interviewing. I have experience working with individuals struggling with negative self-talk, low self-esteem, mood instability, substance use, challenging irrational beliefs, depression, anxiety, history of trauma, and identity development. I understand that everyone’s life experiences impact them differently and these experiences help to shape up but they do not have to be the events that continue to dictate the direction of your future. I am looking forward to assisting you on your journey of self-discovery and healing!
