As a mother of children with ADHD, anxiety and Autism Spectrum, I understand challenges faced by individuals, couples, and families. I have experience with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder and distressed marriages. I am open to all paths of spirituality and use a holistic approach to therapy. I explore with you which therapy style works best and together we discover what thoughts and feelings that are getting in the way of healing. We explore ideas of new narratives of hope. I have lived in Africa and Mexico and have an open perspective on culture and values.
