I am a Licensed Clinician in Florida and a transplant from New York with over 24 years of experience working as a Psychiatric Social Worker. I have worked with a diverse group of clients including from the Caribbean, seeking assistance for several diagnoses such as ADHD, Bipolar Dis., Depression, Anxiety, Addiction to Relationship issues, Career Challenges, and PTSD.
My counseling style can be described as eclectic drawing from my wealth of experiences. I integrate many clinical approaches such as Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical, Psychodynamic and Mindfulness therapies
I believe everyone needs a good listener to talk to at times. I believe by creating a treatment plan to empower and guide you through the ups and downs of life‘s challenges will lead to a successful outcome. I am ready and able and I am looking forward to walking that journey with you.
