I’m dedicated to the wholeness of individuals and their relationships; I enjoy working with clients of all ages from all walks of life and backgrounds. Feeling heard and understood is empowering. Therapy has been a vital part of my healing; I’d like to help you experience the process of recovery as well. We can cultivate self-worth, -self-compassion, and self-awareness so you may progress down a luminous path. I have experience helping people navigate the difficulties of depression, anxiety, relational/family conflict, trauma, grief, cultural traditions, life transitions, self-esteem, work/school stressors, and stress management. It can be hard to find your way out of these struggles. You don’t have to do it alone, and I can help you find your way.
