I am a therapist licensed in Maryland with over 10 years of experience working as a clinical social worker, grief counselor, clinical supervisor, and hospice social worker. My specialization is in supporting clients in grief and loss, coping with serious or chronic illness, and navigating challenging life transitions. In addition, I have expertise in inclusive grief support strategies and the special considerations of parenting a child with developmental disabilities and supporting them in significant life transitions.

With a person-centered, strengths-based perspective, I bring a warm and caring approach that sets clients at ease. I use a blend of strategies to address the stress and anxiety related to major life transitions, drawing from grief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.
