I’m Arin. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 5 years of experience helping clients work through anxiety and depression. Whether related to work, school, family, relationships, body image, and/or self esteem, I begin by working with my clients to identify their personal trigger(s). To this end, I tailor each session to specifically address who I’m with, where they are with their unique challenges, and where they are in their life. Then, with this framework setting the stage, I provide an environment of understanding and compassion to allow each client to feel safe and supported as they work to set boundaries and meet their goals.
