About
You have been living through a demanding and exhausting time. The global pandemic is continuously shifting your relationships and the way you live your life. You have also been exposed to collective trauma both within your communities, and on a larger global scale. You’re finding it harder to relax and rest, and you struggle to find meaning in a world that seems overwhelmingly painful to exist in. You want things to be different, but you feel stuck. My name is Arielle Hertzberg (she/her). I am a queer, gender-affirming therapist, who brings a compassionate, anti-oppressive lens to the work I do. I can help with building new routines, reframing thinking patterns, changing behaviors, and delving deeper into traumas that might be affecting the way you think and behave. It takes incredible courage to reach out, and I’m glad you are here reading this today. My purpose as a therapist is to convince you that you can, and deserve to, have a life that you can be proud of, and grateful for.
