My approach to counseling is collaborative and trauma-informed. I utilize emotion-focused, attachment centered strategies to help people identify how past experiences and relationships influence how they respond to others and the world. I have experience in treating mood disorders, eating disorders, body image concerns, substance use issues, life transitions, relationship issues, and trauma.
