About

I am a licensed professional counselor with experiencing helping individuals, families and couples. I have 5+ years in the field and have provided life coaching as well as life skill building to those in need. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My therapist approach is warm, welcoming and transparent. I believe every individual deserves respect and understanding without the worry of judgement. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive therapy. It takes courage and strength to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change.
