Hello! My name is Ariel and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. I received a Bachelors in Psychology in 2009 from University of Central Florida. In 2015, I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. I am also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I started my career working in a substance abuse treatment center with adolescents and young adults, and have now opened my own private practice in South Florida. I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse and eating disorders.

I care deeply about my clients. My experience has taught me that one of the most valuable aspects of therapy is the relationship between the client and the therapist. I understand that it is not easy to open up to a stranger. It is important for me to provide a safe environment for us to build a trusting relationship. My approach to therapy is client centered, and I often use cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy. Our work together is based around your individual needs and goals.
