My approach is compassionate, humorous and committed to finding what works best for you to live your life more fully. I specialize in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship conflicts, depression, ADHD, and queer folks exploring questions of gender identity and sexuality.

I meet my clients where they are, providing support tailored to you and your individual needs. I do not believe in a one size fits all treatment, and utilize various modalities including psychodynamic, relational, mindfulness, and CBT techniques to ensure the care being delivered is unique, collaborative, and centered around you.
