We are all different beings, which means that there should not be a “cookie cutter” approach. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with 10 years of practical experience. Throughout my career, I have become effective at treating various diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, stress management, women issues, relationship issues, healthy boundary setting, and low self-esteem issues.
